Our Mission

"Metro Detroit Wolverines are totally committed to community enrichment and athletic achievement."

The Metro Detroit Wolverines are a local civic-minded not for profit organization registered to operate in the state of Michigan. The Wolverines are a Minor League Football Organization founded in September 2006 with a vision for a professional organization that provides a positive influence in the community while accomplishing and exceeding athletic goals. We are currently the 2008 United States Football Alliance (USFA) Division Champions , USFA West Conference Champions Runner-Up and Mid States Tournament East Division Champions. We also hold the 2007 Season Minor League Football Association (MLFA) Division Champions and League Champion runner-up title with an 11-2 record. The Wolverines are currently ranked one of the top 10 teams in the country.

The ultimate goal of the Wolverine organization is to become synonymous with other community enrichment organizations while obtaining the National Championship of the American Football Association.  Our Wolverine organization hopes to solidify itself as a highly competitive football team comprised of local high caliber players with a professional staff known for community involvement.
